EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Obedience will be held INDOORS fully matted rings.

Rally will be held OUTDOORS.

No entry into the building by exhibitors before 7:30 A.M. prior to the show.

The club will supply chairs; no personal chairs will be allowed in the building.

There will be limited crating in the building; no x-pens allowed.

No smoking allowed in the building.

No overnight parking.

Lunch will be available for purchase.



DIRECTIONS TO SHOW


From York/Lancaster - Route 30 East to Route 222 North to Bernville/Strausstown exit. Turn left onto Rte. 183 t olight at West Leesport Road; make a left, through housing development. At stop sign, turn right onto County Road. Travel approximately 3/4 mile and driveway and sign for 4-H Center is on your left.


From New Jersey Turnpike - To Exit 6 - PA Turnpike - To Exit 298 (Morgantown) thru tolls. Stay straight to 176 North Connection. 176 to 422 West to 222 North (Allentown direction) to Bernville/Strausstown Exit. Continue as above.


From New Jersey/Allentown via Routes 222 & 78 - Take exit for Rte 100 (Trexlertown). At second traffic light, bear right onto Schantz Road. Travel 3.5-4 miles to intersection at Rte 222 South. Continue south on 222 following signs for Reading & Lancaster. Continue another 1.4 mile passed the Rte 222 & Rte 73 intersection and take the exit for Reading/Lancaster. DO NOT TAKE BUSINESS ROUTE 222. Continue for 4.7 miles, exiting at Route 183. Turn right at end of ramp onto Rte 183 for 8/10 mile. Turn left at traffic light at West Leesport Road and continue as above.


Route I-176/Pa Turnpike (Exit 22) - Take Route 176 North to intersection with Route 422 West (approximately ten miles). Continue on 422 West for 4.5 miles. At this point, 422 splits with 222 North. Stay in left lane, following 222 North for 3.1 miles Bernville/Strausstown exit. At end of ramp, go left onto Rte 183 and continue as above.


From Harrisburg & West - 78 East to Rte 183 South to light at West Leesport Road. Turn right and continue as above. Or, PA Turnpike Exit 286 (Reading) 222 North to 422 Bypass to 222 North to Route 183 North (Bernville/Strausstown). Turn right and continue as above.

* NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS *

CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.

DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused.

JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The Show-giving club and the Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.

ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.

CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Super-intendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.

THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.

ADMISSION: Free.

NO DOGS MAY BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED from the show before it is judged, except by consent of the Superintendent upon a Veterinarian's recommendation of removal.

BITCHES IN SEASON. Since bitches in season are not permitted to compete in obedience trials, the Club will refund all but $5.00 of the entry fee for bitches unable to compete for this reason. The Superintendent must be notified of such claim for refund at the show or by letter postmarked MAY 19, 2007 or earlier.




ADMISSION FREE

FREE PARKING on Show Grounds.

Good Food and Refreshments will be available at the Trial. Prices will be reasonable.
