From New York City: Major Deegan Expressway/New York Thruway (I-87) North to I-287 East. Follow I-287 to Exit 5, then East on Tarrytown Road Route 119 to County Center.
From New Jersey: Palisades or Garden State Parkway North to NY Thruway (I-87) to I-287 East over Tappan Zee Bridge. Follow the directions above.
From Long Island: Throngs Neck or Whitestone Bridges to I-95 North to Exit 21 (I-287 West). Follow I-287 to Exit 5. At end of exit turn left. Go to next traffic light (Tarrytown Road/Route 119) and turn left. Proceed for 4 traffic lights to the County Center.
From North: I-84 to I-684 South to I-287 Westbound to Exit 5. Follow directions above from Long Island.

PLEASE NOTE
Unloading: DOORS WILL BE OPENED AT THE COUNTY CENTER BUILDING AT 3:00 PM Friday, January 8th. The doors will be closed at 11:00 PM and will be locked overnight, each night. They will reopen again on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 6:00 AM for easy access to the building. Foley Boys will be on hand to help you into the building. There will be a guard on duty overnight. No one will be admitted into the building after 11:00 P.M.
Motor Home Parking: is available in the big parking lot across the street from the County Center Building. There WILL BE NO MOTOR HOMES allowed at the rear of the County Center Building. There are NO HOOKUPS.
Attention Exhibitors
•The Kennel Club of Northern New Jersey, Inc. and The Saw Mill River Kennel Club, Inc., their members & officers extend our warmest welcome to all. We have attemtped to provide you a most enjoyable weekend with your dogs and friends.
•The Westchester County Health Department will be in attendance at our show. It is very likely you will be asked to show proof of rabies inoculation. PLEASE BRING YOUR CERTIFICATES with you so they may be presented for inspection if so requested. Your dog may be denied entrance to the building without a valid certificate.
•A Special Attraction, again this year, will be the Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog Tests on the stage between the hours of 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Registration is limited to 25 dogs. Please see elsewhere in this premium list for further information.
•We are offering Best Puppy in Show competition with $100 Cash prize.
•Please help us keep the building and grounds clean by utilizing the many trash bins available. Failure to do so, may result in serious consequences.
•Private ex-pens ARE NOT allowed anywhere in the building or on the grounds. Violators will be subject to action.
•Groups may be judged two at a time, at the discretion of our event committee.
•The "Foley Boys" will be on hand to assist you to the grooming/crating room.

Please Note
The following is from White Plains Ordinance Relating to Dogs:
"It shall be the duty of each person having custody or control of a dog to remove any feces left by the dog on any sidewalk, gutter, street or public area. Violation of the law is punishable by a fine of $100.00".
The following is from Westchester County Department of Health Ordinance:
"All dogs must have a current rabies vaccination certificate, and it must be made available for inspection, at the show, if requested."

CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.
THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
UNENTERED DOGS are not permitted on the show grounds.
An administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.
Effective January 1, 2009 - Refund and Cash award checks are void after 180 days and will NOT be re-issued.
